The first lacquer-painted version of FudoutaKing, which was not able to make it in time for the FudoutaKing exhibition that started on February 10th this year, has finally arrived in Ginza after two after-FudoutaKing events!



This is a work of lacquer art on a FudoutaKing soft vinyl figure by Honda Mitsuru, a traditional Aizu lacquer art artist. Please enjoy the collaboration between soft vinyl figures produced in Fukushima Prefecture and Fukushima's traditional Aizu lacquer art. We will also be offering FudoutaKing and Inawashiron papier-mâché figures made by Hashimoto Masashi of "Dekoyashiki Hashimoto Koji Folk Crafts" in Nishida-cho, Koriyama City, which was well received last time. These are made using soft vinyl molds. Please enjoy the collaboration of soft vinyl figures and folk crafts that have been made since the Edo period, in Ginza.
